FCC Transfer Form

Where is the form found to submit for request to transfer FCC’s between two passengers?  It’s listed as FCC TRANSFER REQUEST FORM 2021.

When I requested a transfer, they emailed the following, asked me to complete and email back to them. I did and received the transfer. The email address was:  FCCTransfer@ncl.com

Booking Agent Name:

POM/SUSPENSION Reservation #:

Client ID of FCC Owner:

Client ID of Guest receiving FCC:

FCC Coupon #:

*PLEASE INCLUDE BELOW FOR PARTIAL TRANSFER REQUESTS*

*Reservations are required to facilitate partial transfers*

*Partial transfers are only applicable to POM and 100% REACOMM FCCs*

Res # original FCC is applied to

Res # transferred FCC will be applied to*

*Must be for same ship and sail date that the original FCC is applied to*
