kimberlym4 Posted January 9, 2022 #1 Share Posted January 9, 2022 For obvious reasons, I've been holding off as long as possible making our final payment - it's due tomorrow. We decided to bite the bullet and pay and hope for the best with our cruise. However, when I log in to pay my balance and after entering my reservation number and other details, the system says the cruise information I entered doesn't match their records. But it does. I triple checked it. Tried calling but the recording says they are closed. Anyone else have an issue like this? I don't see a way to pay on the app - am I missing anything there? The page defaulted to my sailing date of the 8th so I just went with it. However, it was defaulting to today's date, Jan 8 not next month Feb 8.
