Please one more question. Is there a pool in the Sanctuary?

Thank you

There is no pool in the Sanctuary.

There is a pool (Lotus Spa pool) available to all adults just outside the Sanctuary one deck below it. It can be accessed via steps near the Sanctuary or through doors at the Lotus Spa.

Did the letter give  the  time  that the shuttle will begin taking passengers back to pier 21 to get there car.

The letter did not mention timing of the shuttle, however disembarkation times start at 8:15 for suite guests, we are leaving at 9:05 and have to get covid test in the tent area after leaving the pier.

Thanks for info.  We get on the Emerald on the 28th and will do a b2b. When on the b2b on Enchanted Princess, we were able to have the covid test in one of the dining rooms the day before turnaround as there were only  about 130 doing the b2b.  The cruise before ours had over 400 staying on and they had to test at the terminal.    Thinks for mentioning you had brought the self test to do on the ship before turnaround - think I will do the same.

Last post before going to bed final night. It has been a very relaxing cruise, we intended it to be.

Last night in PES was shrimp cocktail and today was a repeat of steak tartare.

Crew has been amazing and helpful all around the ship. We had a 2top dining the whole cruise and Marcial and Julie learned our preferences early on, which is always appreciated. Romeo and Ron in vines helped us navigate a range of wines that we enjoyed. Romeo took the time during the pandemic to start his education to become a sommelier, good for him. He says he is 2 semesters away from attaining his goal.

A negative word, or two, about the Medallion app. We were very disappointed in the apps usefulness to us. We had trouble with it finding us so ordering and being served where we were was limited. We have a linked cruise with our next cruise beginning Wednesday on the Enchanted Princess. We were not able to access our dining info for that cruise. It was a total cluster f... for us to use many of the features, but still we were able to find drinks and other things in the old normal way so..... whatever.

It has been fun answering your questions and providing you with some insight on the Emerald Princess. Smooth sailing to all and I will check back in a couple of days in case there are any lingering questions.

Jim ......out😎

Thanks very much @luv2cruisin.  I just saw where the Cartagena stop has been cancelled and replaced by Princess Cay.

Forgot to mention that the website shows the advertised itinerary and may not keep it updated.  It's a fun site to visit though to [approximately] see where ships are from day to day    🙂

Thank you so much for all the information in your thread. We board to do a circle Caribbean in about a month. We truly hope that the problems with the App get somewhat smoothed out as I detect many have had difficulty with it functioning the way it's supposed to. Be well and thanks again!
