Joseph2017China Posted January 13, 2022 #2 Share Posted January 13, 2022 yes, take a taxi, and go.....but you should check with the Atlantis webpage to see if you can get in. That info can change weekly. No one knows what will happen in March.

Sure, but if you want to go to Aquaventure (the water park), you'll have to book day passes through Atlantis, and they are not cheap. We paid $150/each for day-passes back in October. Another option for parties of 3-4 people is to pre-book a hotel room in advance at the Comfort Suites Paradise Island, because guests at CSPI enjoy complimentary access to Atlantis as if you were staying there. (Call it around $200 for two people, and then it's another $40 for each additional person.) You'd take a taxi there, check in, check out, get your pink cards, walk up the short hill to Atlantis and get your Aquaventure wristbnds. Depending on the day, it can save a few hundred over the cost of day-passes for a large group. Ryesguy Posted February 17, 2022 #4 Share Posted February 17, 2022 We are on the NCL Getaway March 20 cruise which stops at Nassau. We are thinking about going to Atlantis/Aquaventure for the day. This is very interesting advice on the Comfort Suites. I assume based on your post that we would need two rooms to make it work for 5 of us -- which may reduce the cost savings. One question. The Atlantis web site says that guests need to have proof of a negative covid test not more than 3 days before the visit. The Nassau stop is the 5th day of the cruise. Does any one know how this works? Is that requirement waived for cruise passengers? Can we get a test on the ship?

Go on the website and do the math, they add on a lot of fees at the end of the booking.
mjrich73 Posted February 21, 2022 #6 Share Posted February 21, 2022 I just looked on their website and the water park/Atlantis day pass as $250 per adult 😳 I am having trouble finding a day pass just to go and look around (I may be looking in the wrong area). That’s not a thing. You can go to the casino for free, they used to offer a Digs pass to see the aquarium, or a beach pass, but the only way to walk around the waterpark is a day pass. Everyone wears wristbands.

We were thinking on going as well until I saw it was $250 each! We are looking at Margarittaville resort instead, it is $59 per person, it does not look as spectacular as Altantis but much more affordable, and its within walking distance to the port. The suites may be able to "officially" accommodate five people since there is a king-sized bed and a pullout couch. On 2/17/2022 at 4:41 PM, Ryesguy said: One question. Yes, that might be a huge spoiler. 😞

Anyway, I think they are strict about 4 max even though many check out as soon as they check in.
dazey Posted March 3, 2022 #11 Share Posted March 3, 2022 We are being tested on a Friday at 9 AM. We arrive in Bahamas on Monday at 7 AM. I was told by Atlantis that one must be tested 72 hrs prior to arriving in Bahamas and allow one to visit Atlantis. Does this sound like our test would work from Friday or will we have to get tested again in the Bahamas in which case we will not go to Atlantis. Has anyone had experience with this issue?
