In St. Kitts I did the railroad tour (don't recommend, track in bad shape and you are rocking all the time) the wife did the rainforest adventure, she said a lot of uphill climbing. On St. Thomas we did the botanical garden and island driving tour.

Cruise director was Lauran (I think), don't know the others, sorry.

Thanks for the X Today sheets. I’m on the Apex the end of February for 2 weeks, similar itinerary. Since I’ve not been on an E ship before, this was a really nice way to get a feel for the activities and shows.

Glad to see they still have a “Podium” speaker.
