I think the OP's original question still remains to be answered.  

 

If you don't have a Premium Package,  do you pay the full $6.00 for a smoothie?

I believe you pay for smoothies no matter what package you have, same with gelato.

The smoothies in the Spa Cafe are definitely included in the Premium Package
