Is it true that 4* cruisers get 50%off all mini bar stuff? And does this include water and 12 pk water?

A quick look at the Holland America website shows 50% off on mini bar. But not on water purchases.

Yes 50% off mini bar.  I did get 50% off the bottles of water which were on the top of the mini bar, but this was in the days before covid! The large glass bottles of water were listed at (I think!) $3.25 + 15% (now 18%).
