We are on our first Seabourn cruise in March,Can you tell me if there is somewhere in cabin to hang wet swimwear/ jackets? we have a bath in our suite and wondered if pull out line.Thank you.

Yes, there is a pull out line over the bath and it can definitely be used to hang wet clothes.
