Do the bar and restaurant menus differ from to ship?

I’ve seen others post pictures of the bar menu from current cruises. Would this differ dramatically for a Mediterranean cruise this summer? Would they have the same beers or would they tend to offer more European brands?

DR menus are basically the same across the fleet with some selections adjusted based on itinerary.

Bar selections also basically the same

 Some sailings may not have the full.inventory
