Dining and show times

[OnTheRoad Again]

We are cruising on Symphony on April 9 and April 16, so doing Western then Eastern Caribbean. 

Can anyone who has recently cruised on Symphony, or is going to cruise and has managed to track down the information, tell me what time My time dining starts? Is it like the set dining time of 5.30?

Also, does anyone know the show times for the theater, Aqua and ice shows for the evenings and daytime.

l know times for each week will be different so if you answer, can you say if it's the Western or Eastern cruise. 

I have tried to track down the Compasses, but have had no luck.

On my last 3 cruises "my time dining" began at 6:30 PM.  Traditional is set at 5:15-5:30, however, you can show up a few minutes later as they are very accommodating.

 

If you are concerned making a show you can speak to the head-waiter and he will speed the process.  Every night I was asked if I had any entertainment reservations.

And RCI do have good buffets for dinner in case there is a concern about getting to the show.

 

sometimes I will just have appetizer and main course in MDR, then go to a show and the go to buffet for dessert which is good to do anyways as you can see them.

You can check the app and select the current sailing and it should answer all your questions about showtimes etc.
