wandb Posted March 3, 2022 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2022 Help, please! We sail in 2 days and I don’t have time to search the boards. There are 3 of us in connecting cabins, and we would like to bring some bottled water. How much can we bring, and how do you transport it? In suitcase? Duffle bag? In packaging from store? Thanks! Thanks! my 2 gallons of Zephyrhills are next to my Mac as I type ready to board on the wonder in a few hours, my gallons love to travel inside a beautiful Patagonia backpack. Just attach a luggage tag and give it to the porter, it will arrive in your stateroom by 2pm.
Surfguyxxx Posted March 3, 2022 #4 Share Posted March 3, 2022 Just off a 3 day cruise and saw many cases of water being brought onboard, however, they seemed to be smaller 12 packs instead of the 24 or 36 bottled cases. I usually just get the refreshment package and that's included. Enjoy your cruise.

The current rules are 500 ml bottles, and they must be carried on.

You can bring 12 bottles per room in hand carry. If you pack it as checked luggage, your bag will be confiscated and you’ll spend your embarkation evening in like at the Naughty Room trying to get your bag back. Hauling water around on embarkation day is not worth the effort. Pay the 7-11 prices and buy a case onboard.

SRF Posted March 4, 2022 #8 Share Posted March 4, 2022 You have been lucky. That is against the policy, so don't be surprised if it get confiscated and returned at the end of the cruise. It used to be OK do check it.
shipgeeks Posted March 4, 2022 #9 Share Posted March 4, 2022 Or drink the excellent tap water aboard.
link99 Posted March 5, 2022 #10 Share Posted March 5, 2022 My wife say she swells up drinking ship tap water because of all the Salt. Desalination Removes salt from water makes it fresh. She says BS and says she always gets swollen ankles from it. In my opinion it’s from food but is like talking to a brick wall the wife is always right I keep telling myself.

I drink a lot of water and will only drink bottled spring water or else I have the same issue as your wife. Many people have posted on this board about the same issue and have found drinking bottles water helps.
