If we buy a bottle at the steakhouse at the 50% off are they going to charge us a corking fee?

i'm not an expert, but i would think not. Anytime i have bought a bottle of wine from CCL, they didn't charge a corkage fee. If i brought one of my own and had them open it, then you get charged
