cruiseagona Posted April 6, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2022 Right now, I'm fuming. Hope someone has an idea to help. I am supposed to have one cruise next certificate in my account. When I went to make my reservation today with my travel agent, she told me that I had zero certificates in my account. To make a long story short, I suspected this as I couldn't find it yesterday and called NCL to inquire. They told me to go through my travel agent. She is off till Friday and my deposit is due then. Called the Cruise Next line and that does not work. I'm waiting for NCL to call me back. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions, tricks or whatever to help get this resolved. TIA.
