I am going to Spain Portugal and Gibraltar with Marella in May. The info states 'if you need a plf' but I don't know how to find out if I need one. Can someone point me in yhe right direction, thanks

We are doing the same but in July so been trying to get up to speed with everything 

 

 

Mainland Spain/Majorca

 

Only if you’re not fully vaccinated or don’t have proof of recovery

 

 

PORTUGAL(similar)

 

 

If you’re fully vaccinated at least 14 days before your arrival, you must show proof of full vaccination to enter Portugal. To be “fully vaccinated” you must’ve had a complete course, usually two doses, of an approved vaccine at least 14 days before you’re due to arrive in Portugal. You must have had your final dose of the vaccine within 270 days of arriving into Portugal. If you’ve received this more than 270 days before you travel to Portugal, you must be able to show proof of having received a booster jab. 

If you’re not fully vaccinated, you must provide proof of either a:

• Negative COVID-19 PCR, LAMP or TMA test taken, at most, 72 hours before your scheduled departure time.
• Negative COVID-19 rapid antigen (RAT) test taken, at most, 24 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• You can show evidence of recovery from COVID-19 by presenting a positive COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test result, dated between 11 and 180 days old. 

Please be aware that the Portuguese authorities aren’t currently accepting any “self-test” variety of COVID-19 tests, including any tests supervised by video and NHS tests. So you must make sure that your arrival COVID-19 test has been supervised in person by a medical professional and a certificate has been issued. 

This excludes children aged 11 or under.
