Glory - Chef's Table

I wanted to sign up for Chef's Table for my May 15th 7 day sailing.   Out of the 4 of us in my family sailing,  only my 23 year old fellow foodie son will do it with me.   I have been hesitant to sign up for it ahead of time because I don't want it to fall on a formal night.   It is important to me that on a formal night all 4 of us eat together.

I previously did a Chef's Table years ago,   but it was a 4 day on Horizon.   I think it did end up on a formal night,  but I was on a girl's cruise so it wasn't as important to me.

Anyone have any idea what night it could fall on?

Thanks.

Go to the host / hostess desk at the Steakhouse on the very first day of the cruise and ask which night they have you down for... If it happens to fall on elegant night, request that they move to to another night if possible. They normally have it on a few different nights depending on demand...
