Does Moorea tender pier have an overnight parking lot?

We are on the Aug 27th Society and Cook Islands sailing.  We overnight in Moorea.  We are renting a car our first day and swimming with whales our second day.  The whale excursion is very close to the rental car company and it will be easier to return the car in the morning and walk to the excursion from the rental car return.

 

it’s been a few years since we were in Moorea and I remember there being a parking lot and it seemed fairly empty.  Can we park our rental car overnight?

Nope  ... the rental car must be returned same day if your on a ship. I miss the parking lot ...

Thanks so much for the info!!!  Our excursion company said they will pick us up at the PG dock so that works too.  Parking lot would be better though!
