Has anyone discovered how to make a booking if they don’t live in the Uk and they are too deaf to phone Saga?

Saga insist on telephone calls for most everything but I have a hearing loss. Luckily  I have a nephew in the UK who has dealt with the crazy burocracy for us. Saga cruises have a good reputation, their admin does not!

Good to know (especially for those of us *without* a UK nephew).
