Billy Baltic Posted June 23, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2022 The only local testing centre for travel purposes have scaled back their working hours recently. We are planning to test on a Friday for a Sunday boarding. The test centre will be closed when we are boarding. Do RC need to be able to verify results? If so we will need to change our plans. Rare OCSC Mike Posted June 23, 2022 #2 Share Posted June 23, 2022 They just need to see an e-mail/printed copy of the results.
BND Posted June 23, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 23, 2022 (edited) That's a question that sounds like it's from someone concerned about getting caught with fake results. 😉 Could you imagine the delays if they stopped to call every lab? At this stage they can even use my phone if it means I can get on a ship.

(Not that they do this verification, but still)
LeeW Posted June 23, 2022 #7 Share Posted June 23, 2022 The only verification they do is if you use a provider that does a QR code. But you are better off taking either a paper copy of the results or a screen shot since internet coverage in the terminal may not work.

But, none of that really applies anyway since they don't verify.

Also, the OP is in Ireland, so it is a moot point. Edited June 23, 2022 by not-enough-cruising
