FCC Use Question

Hi. 

I have two $500 FCCs that I purchased the last time my dh and I sailed in the Haven. 
 

If I book a cruise with a balcony cabin, not Haven, can I use both certificates to take $1000 off the cruise or is it one per sailing?

 

I dont know why I would purchase two if I could only use one unless two can only be used for Haven.

FCC or CruiseNext?  I imagine they're CruiseNext.

 

The $500 ones are technically CruiseNext HAVEN Deposits but apparently CAN be used for any stateroom.  Here are the T&C's for the CND program - https://www.ncl.com/about/terms-and-conditions/promotions#cruisenext

Since the terms for the double up are somewhat ambiguous in that regard, I would say you need to call NCL - it looks like a possible loophole in their terms - us mere mortals who have regular certificates can only apply 2 at the moment, for a total of $500.  Maybe I should start buying HAVEN deposits in the future!
