mafig Posted July 1, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 1, 2022 I just booked a cruise on Seashore today. I haven't been on MSC for several years. I seem to have forgotten how confusing their website is. Any tips? I have a headache and will try again tomorrow.
alohayall Posted July 2, 2022 #2 Share Posted July 2, 2022 Don’t try to change things after you book. Actually, I’m having better luck with this fall’s cruise than I did for last December. I’ve already got my luggage tags available - before PIF deadline; last time it was within the 20-day mark of sail date. I’m hopeful that things continue to go this smoother way. Good luck and Bon Voyage. Leave some pizza for me!
deliver42 Posted July 2, 2022 #3 Share Posted July 2, 2022 You are happy with your booking, so do not call to change anything. You won't recognize your booking afterward.

There are times when I see prices/cabins available on the website but the representative gives me a different but higher price or can't find the cabin. The integration of the website/representatives is awful. There is a reason why many TAs don't deal with MSC. ETA...a "cruise concierge" keeps calling me and leaves messages. If I have an issue with "next and third" booking for the same cruise I'll let him try to sort things out.
