Wicked Posted May 19, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 19, 2004 Ok Ok, I now know no one's gone on this as it's a transitioning cruise doh! Where's the best place to stay at near the harbor? Do they offer shuttles over in the morning? Is there a liquor store near where I can buy wine before we board? Thanks for any assistance! <img src=http://www.pmwdesigns.com/samples/sigs/wicked.gif> Emerald Seas 84 SeaWind 92 Sensation 93 Fascination 95 Sensation 97 Glory
Greengirl Posted May 19, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 19, 2004 The Queen Mary is right next door, literally. No cab needed! A great place to begin or end your vacation. I live here locally and even I'm staying there the last night of my cruise! Gotta extend it as much as I can! 12/94 - Carnival Jubilee 6/04 - Carnival Ecstasy 3/05 - Island Princess
kajsb Posted May 19, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 19, 2004 Take a look at Parts 2 & 3 of the review for the Pride recently posted by Marklodi. The Pride also sails out of Long Beach. This review should give you some good information about the area and also about the boarding process.
