Rare Jim_Iain Posted July 5, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2022 (edited) Could anyone on a recent cruise that did a B2B answer a question? On turn around day, if you choose to use your Transit Pass and leave the ship before the B2B group processing, When do you have to be back aboard. I know that at regular ports it is 30 minutes before departure but suspect with having to process you in terminal and do the safety drill it is probably earlier. I just looked at the B2B instructions I received on the last couple and no return time was ever mentioned. Edited July 5, 2022 by Jim_Iain
TrueCruiseaholic Posted July 5, 2022 #2 Share Posted July 5, 2022 A possible solution/general guideline. Look at the boarding times on the app. Normally, the last boarding time is never fully reserved and therefore would still show up. Aim to be back by then, since Celebrity is allowing for guests arriving at that time to do all the necessary things before sail away. Or since it is B2B, ask the Captain's Club Concierge or Retreat Lounge Concierge (or even better the Documentation officer) for a time to be back before. Northern Aurora Posted July 5, 2022 #3 Share Posted July 5, 2022 Pre-covid B2B passengers needed to be back in time to participate in the muster drill. The turnaround days we have been on since the pandemic we just stayed on board.
Rare Jim_Iain Posted July 5, 2022 Author #4 Share Posted July 5, 2022 Thanks Gerry - I was just poking around the App. On both cruises they are showing an All Aboard Time of 3:30 for a 6:00 departure. I know in Yokohama the Retreat host was able to get us approval for a later time. I may just have to play it by ear. Really a short turn around in Reykjavik and we were tying to do a short excursion on our own.

Not sure what the rule is in other countries.
Arizona Wildcat Posted July 6, 2022 #6 Share Posted July 6, 2022 I was told I needed to be "at the pier" no less than 90 minutes before sailing to checkin in Reykjavik. As said ask on board. Seems 60 minutes would be plenty to walk from the curb show your pass and walk through security.
Arizona Wildcat Posted July 6, 2022 #7 Share Posted July 6, 2022 Jim just spoke to Celebrity about an issue on another cruise. Gangplank up at 4pm for Iceland and all aboard at 3:30.
