They have emailed, called and even talked to a concierge staff member on their last cruise, who said he would get it fixed. Still nothing!! Any suggestions or contact info would be appreciated. I was asked if I new who was sailing in the cabin with her. I gave her sister name and somehow my MIL was listed with her middle name and last name. It will also help if you have your Seapass card with your Folio Number. I just counted our Seapass cards for the 2 of us. I have 92 Seapass cards. Thank you, Calling does not help. You need to provide evidence of the cruise. Anything from a paid credit card billing or something from your cruise will get it taken care of.
