How to get old cruise added

I have friends that have been trying to get points from a cruise they took before covid added to their Tier.  They have emailed, called and even talked to a concierge staff member on their last cruise, who said he would get it fixed.  Still nothing!!  Any suggestions or contact info would be appreciated.

My MIL was missing a cruise she had taken. I called and they could not find her name. I was asked if I new who was sailing in the cabin with her. I gave her sister name and somehow my MIL was listed with her middle name and last name. It will also help if you have your Seapass card with your Folio Number. I just counted our Seapass cards for the 2 of us. I have 92 Seapass cards. I seem to be missing a few.🤔

Calling does not help.  You need to provide evidence of the cruise.  Anything from a paid credit card billing or something from your cruise will get it taken care of.  Email or snail mail the request and documentation to X.

Copy  of their Sea Pass cards and/ or end of cruise account seems to work to support they actually took the cruise.
