Checkin in on app question--accepting contract

So I was able to do passport pic, account setup, check-in time.  I cannot get past the contract.  Even when I open all the minuses, there is nowhere to acknowledge the contract.   What am I missing?

 

Tried to do chat on my pc, but of course there are no agents available.

I don't even see where it says agree to terms. . . did you do this on the app?
