Good morning.   Obviously cruising is back and everyone is enjoying.  Don’t forget to get back on track when you get home.   My advice is enjoy the cruise and food and between meals  get some form of exercising , walk the decks  take the stairs and  limit  trips to buffets.

 

Jazzpers eye is some form of irritation no glaucoma, has eye ointment.   I was feeling deprived,  yesterday treated my self to sweets.   At baseline , what little fat I have is tucked away in the sagging skin . Im good with that.   
 

we got 2 inches of rain yesterday  lawns are very happy.

Good Morning/Afternoon.  Thanks for starting the thread Izena!!!   I finally decided to weigh myself today.  Last time was on June 30th.  I am down 3.4# - I hope that I can keep it off and lose more this month.  Am taking it slow!.  Jan

Jan that’s a great lose.  I don’t think it is slow - once I took off the quick fast lbs the monthly average weight loss was between 2-5 lbs.

 

I just heard back from my TA.  ACL offered a 50% discount per person on our next booking. I countered with the 50% discount plus waived port fees and taxes plus comp’d  premium excursions and free pre cruise hotel.   I got all that I asked for so proud of myself for asking.

Today I should have been in Boston - eating our way through the North End (Italian food) --- tomorrow would have been flight to Seattle (non-stop - first class).  Then a 9 night and a 5 night.  Turns out that I'm not starting any chemo or radiation until after the date we would have gotten back.  Oh well,
