BigB67 Posted August 22, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 22, 2022 Hi all, Can anyone tell me if there is a phone number that loved ones on land can use to contact me through the ship in case of an emergency back home?
TheOldBear Posted August 22, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 22, 2022 From the 'keeping in touch' page [oddly Google fetch the Aus version] https://my.cunard.com/en-au/mycruise//articles/keeping-in-touch By telephone – to connect with the ship, please call (+1)-732-335-3272 for calls originating outside of the U.S. For calls from the U.S. please dial (877)-266-0985. These numbers connect to the maritime telecommunications network where you will be prompted to enter your credit card number and expiration date. Your call will be charged at a rate of US$9.50 per minute upon connecting to the ship. Calls on this network are limited to a maximum of 10 minutes per call. BigB67 Posted August 23, 2022 Author #5 Share Posted August 23, 2022 We do not plan to purchase internet access and intend to be unplugged for the week. We just wanted a contact for our family in case of a real emergency. The number for the ship should do the trick for peace of mind.
