Casino Match?

This is a long shot, but I figured I would ask anyway.  We’ve cruised several times on carnival  (and get great casino offers from them)… and I know they are the parent company of HAL.  We are planning on taking a European cruise this July with Holland for the first time.  My questions are:

(1) has anyone ever tried to get a carnival offer matched/honored on another one of their brands?  Were you successful in getting any kind of discount based off this?

(2) The more likely scenario - Has anyone been successful in getting casino offers from HAL based on carnival casino play?  How do I go about this, if so?
We want to try holland but I have never gotten a HAL offer (since we’ve never cruised with them) and I’m having a hard time justifying the price to myself being that I’ve gotten used to getting the free rooms with carnival.

Any advice is welcome!

A couple of quick notes. Carnival Corp is the 'parent' company of both Carnival Cruise Lines and Holland America Line. Both are on equal footing under the corporate umbrella.

Casino offers come from Club 21 which oversees the casinos on all Carnival Corp brands. You might be able to contact Club 21 and arrange for an offer on Holland.

This has been my experience as smaller Casino players (slots) with HAL and Carnival.

we sailed Carnival a few years ago (pre Covid) and then always received 'discounted' cruises from Carnival.

Post Covid we sailed with HAL, played slots and had many free cabin offers last year, ending abruptly in late spring of 2022. We sailed in June, played more than we would usually play, but still no further offers from HAL. )-:

Over the past year, we have been continually receiving free cabins from Carnival, even though we have not sailed with them in 4 or 5 year and never had such good offers before. It seems like perhaps our HAL Casino playing is now getting us good Carnival offers but not HAL.

Well, actually the casino umbrella for all CCL brands is the Ocean Players Club.  "Club 21" is just a HAL thing, haven't seen it referenced anywhere in a very long time.

Would suggest that the OP contact OPC.  Can't post the actual clickable link on this site but check oceanplayersclub.com.

Thanks for the correction. I was replying from memory and it has been a while since I wrote to them to see how many 'points' I had.
