jor3334 Posted September 24, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2022 According to the list of plus benifits, oasis is one of the ships listed that has priority access for the shows.. Does anyone know how this is done, and has anyone used the benefit? I sail tomorrow out of Bayonne. Thanks, Jim

You will be let in prior to non-priority passengers. I used it everyday earlier this month on the Voyager transatlantic. Note that there are some ships that have dedicated areas that are reserved for priority passengers, which are usually restricted until close to showtime. lakelorain Posted September 24, 2022 #3 Share Posted September 24, 2022 We were on Oasis in August. Just the usual reserved section in the balcony for D+, Suites and Pins.
lulabelle Posted September 24, 2022 #4 Share Posted September 24, 2022 Does this mean we don’t have to make a previous reservation?

Depends on the show, but with shows like Cats, you won't have an issue walking in without one. 1

Good thing you don't need a reservation to walk out. 😄
Rare brillohead Posted September 25, 2022 #8 Share Posted September 25, 2022 You still need to make a reservation. You get to sit in a "special" section of the venue. (Note that it's not necessarily the "best" seats.) About ten minutes before show time, they remove the velvet ropes and signage and allow anyone to sit in that section. AlohaLivin Posted September 25, 2022 #12 Share Posted September 25, 2022 Explorer in mid to late August was not requiring reservations for any shows (including the ice show). It seems at this point some ships do and so do not. So much nicer not to have to deal with that extra stress when boarding.
