Excursion Desk on the Nieuw Amsterdam

Where is the shore excursion desk located on the Nieuw Amsterdam?  It does not show up on the HAL deck plan.  There is a shore excursion I have questions about and I want to check with them as soon as I board the ship on Sunday.  I have OBC to use for the booking so don't want to book it now.  I am guessing it is in the Crows Nest area but can't tell from the deck plan that I see online.

That's a great question.....I do not see it listed on deck 1 or at the Crow's Nest on the deck plan.

 

I bet it is on deck 1 though, across from guest services????......If no-one confirms, I'd ask as you enter the ship or head down to deck 1.

Deck 1, in the Atrium, according to the PDF Deck Plans that I downloaded from Holland America on my phone.

When I was on the NA this past March, it was in the Crow’s Nest. Small desk, easy to overlook, and not staffed all day. It was on the starboard side.

I think on the newer ships the Excursion Desk is in the Crow's nest. NA is not that new, but I still consider it newer.

That is where it was this September, too.

We found shore ex in the "crows nest" area last Oct on N Amsterdam.  As other's said, it was easy to miss.
