Syracusefan44 Posted November 6, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2022 My wife and I are sailing for the first time with Holland America on November 19th to the Amazon. We received an email this morning with our boarding time & group. Do you have to arrive at that time or does Holland America allow passengers to board their ships earlier? Thank you. Rare Mary229 Posted November 6, 2022 #2 Share Posted November 6, 2022 Out of FLL they are a bit loser than some locations. You generally can arrive earlier but they do not start any boarding until 11:30.
Rare FlaMariner Posted November 6, 2022 #3 Share Posted November 6, 2022 From reports on here and our personal experience in the last year...... Port Everglades will be ready to welcome you onboard when you wish (obviously not too early though...as they have to get folks off first). The cruise sounds great! And welcome to Holland America Line!
Daniel A Posted November 6, 2022 #4 Share Posted November 6, 2022 We linked our booking with our travelling companions. Does anybody know if we will get the same boarding times applied?

It's never been the case with my last couple cruises where my reservation was linked with 2 others since we were traveling together (including arriving & departing at the same time).
