Can I get travel insurance after paying for trip in full?

It didn't dawn on me, when I paid for my trip in full, that I might not be able to get travel insuracnce. Does any body know if I can get travel insurance after I've paid for the entire trip in full? And if so, what company do you recommend. Looking for insurance on travel delay, sick, or injury, the usual stuff.

 

Any comments/feedback is greatly appreciated.

You can compare many policies there.

You will have a potential problem with pre-existing conditions. The key is buying the insurance with in 21 days of booking your cruise.
