blueskadoo Posted December 29, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2022 Hey everyone, Just curious if people are still having trouble getting their tickets/boarding documents. I think I read here a couple weeks ago that people weren't receiving them after online check-in and I'm running into the same issue. Did anyone find a workaround so that you don't have to risk customer service screwing up your reservations? When I get to the last screen, it keeps saying that the information is incomplete so the documents aren't ready, but I have green checkmarks beside each passenger and completed every blank I can fill out. heatherb1958 Posted December 29, 2022 #2 Share Posted December 29, 2022 We sail on 27th Jan and have our tickets already , luggage labels etc. Have you tried updating something on your personal details and resaving ?
