Question - Internet purchase before or after boarding

For our upcoming 42 day cruise on the Rotterdam (doing a B2B collector cruise) we have 2 booking numbers and our TA has linked the two bookings. ---- So here are my question(s)  ( Question1) If I purchase the internet now online before boarding I get the premium plan cheaper than if I wait until boarding - so if I purchase it now will I get the $30 discount for being a 5 Star Mariner reimbursed as OBC when I get on board?   (Question #2) If I purchase the premium internet now will I have if for the entire 42 days or will I need to purchase it again for the second 21 days?  When I had the same situation back in Feb/Mar 2022 on the Nieuw Statendam and did the purchase when on board I got the $30 discount and the service was for all 42 days.

Someone posted that the 5* discount was only for on board purchase of internet. I purchased the internet package in advance for the cruise I am currently on. I asked about the credit a week ago and it hasn't appeared. So don't count on having it.
