Cruising1122 Posted January 1, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2023 (edited) San Juan port has 2 terminals at 2 very different locations. Which terminal is used by NCL, Old San Juan or Pan American? Or it will depends. I have not booked yet and from web it is not clear which one will be used or either location can used? I did try search function but website takes me back to booking a cruise. I could not get to message board Edited January 1, 2023 by Cruising1122
dolfan1980 Posted January 1, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 1, 2023 I believe Pan American for cruises that originate in San Juan and Old San Juan if visiting for the day. 1

Crander Posted January 2, 2023 #7 Share Posted January 2, 2023 Pan Am for originating and termination of all NCL cruises. Old San Juan is for port stops only. We dida stop on the Breakaway and it is super convenient to walk the town. Not hearing good things about the Pan Am terminal, but will let you know in a few weeks. We board the Epic on the 22nd but have heard the check in process is miserable as the terminal is not much to speak of!
dexddd Posted January 2, 2023 #8 Share Posted January 2, 2023 Pan Am terminal is not a nice terminal. We embarked there on the Gem and it is not really big enough. Thought in years past they had things working smoothly for Epic but so far this season reports are no.

For disenbarking 4,000 passengers then embarking a different 4,000? Not so much.
