dreamboat43 Posted January 17, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 17, 2023 Are tips expected for the baggage handlers at the port when you board the ship? If so, what is a good tip? Do I tip per bag?
Pyrate13 Posted January 17, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 17, 2023 Do whatever you feel comfortable with. To each their own. That being said, we give $2-$2.50 per bag.

If the person was really nice and helpful, sometimes I have tipped more, I am usually a really big tipper. When the restart happened, I really found myself tipping even more.

I doubt tipping makes much of a difference on how your luggage is handled by the baggage handlers, but I do not like to chance it and normally tip $5 for 2 bags. They seem to be happy with that. One time we did see some bags floating by the side of the ship though. Edited January 17, 2023 by DaveOKC
