Cotton Posted May 31, 2004 #4 Share Posted May 31, 2004 Sorry, I can't vote. I'm always partial to seafood; however, I've never had better Beef Wellington or Chateaubriand than on Carnival - and you didn't list a beef category. Codfish Posted May 31, 2004 #7 Share Posted May 31, 2004 I had to answer desert but just because of the 24hr soft serve ice cream. That stuff is addictive. bajohnsons Posted June 1, 2004 #15 Share Posted June 1, 2004 First of all, I love Carnival and think they do most things in the dining room very well. I think however that beef is not one of them. I'm sure it's what you're used to. I'm from the midwest and think their beef selections are at best ordinary. I would suspect that those on the coasts would think less of their seafood selections (which I think are wonderful.) I prefer OUR Gulf Coast seafood to what they serve on the ship. All in what you're used to.
