We boarded the Neptune on Tuesday, May 9th, for BIE cruise, Greenwich to Bergen. Happy to share our experiences.  Pre-cruise (on our own): we booked flights using points and arrived at Heathrow on Monday morning at 6:30 AM. We got through passport control and retrieved our luggage in 30 minutes which I understand is quite fast for Heathrow. I had prearranged a cab (LHR to Greenwich) for $98 USD through Booking.com.
