Tedferg Posted May 27, 2023 #3 Share Posted May 27, 2023 Thanks, interesting, one night is shown as 'Formal' and another as 'Dress to Impress'. Is there a difference between Formal nights?
Ron the Rev Posted May 28, 2023 #4 Share Posted May 28, 2023 Sometimes there's a White and Gold and a formal. Never heard of Dress to impress before.

Rare Jeter02 Posted May 29, 2023 #8 Share Posted May 29, 2023 Dress to impress is just another way of saying a formal night. But dressed as fancy as you'd like or more on the smart casual side whatever your most comfortable with. Princesses switched over to the dress to impress nights since the restart.

Some folks like to impress others alright. Ballcap on backwards, a wife-beater, and shorts in the MDR sure do make an impression. Seen it Just sayin'

Whatever that would like to title it, as long as they provide some better food on those nights and don't force people to dress up to eat in the DR, I'm all for it. 😁
hunt182644 Posted May 31, 2023 #13 Share Posted May 31, 2023 Ball cap on forward or backward has always been one of my pet peeves. Unless of course if you are in the local dive bar, then nakee may be acceptable.😆
1160451 Posted May 31, 2023 #14 Share Posted May 31, 2023 As first time Princess Cruisers from the UK, our eyes were certainly opened to the majority of Passenger's interpretation of “dress to impress” on our recent Regal Cruise round the UK. 😂
