Badudte Posted June 10, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2023 Is there any way to look up the VIFP points of your spouse and children *without* making them create their own accounts on carnival? They are added as travel companions, but I cannot see their credited cruises. I ask because I did not get credit for our March cruise, and want to see if they did (or get it corrected if they didn't). I don't want to have to create email addresses and usernames for my kiddos just to accomplish this. Thanks!
movtarget Posted June 10, 2023 #2 Share Posted June 10, 2023 Some email services allow you to leverage one email as several “unique” emails. With a gmail account, you can add a period into the email, and google still reads it as though it is the same, while the service you sign up for (Carnival VIFP for example) sees the modified email as unique. Example: BobsYourUncle@gmail.com is the same as: Bobs.YourUncle@gmail.com Both deliver to the first email address, but most online services will see those as unique emails. I’ve not tried that with Carnival, because I just added additional aliases (private email domain) to my email to create, login, and receive emails for my kid’s accounts/VIFP offers. They are both young adults now.
kdr69 Posted June 10, 2023 #3 Share Posted June 10, 2023 Everyone who had a VIFP number on the reservation would get credit for the sailing so if you dont see it you should get it corrected for your total days regardless of whether they got it or not. Rare lazydayz Posted June 10, 2023 #4 Share Posted June 10, 2023 If you have a PVP, they might look it up for you. At least mine has.
TxShipShape Posted June 10, 2023 #5 Share Posted June 10, 2023 Everyone has to create their OWN Cruise Manager account using their own VIFP number. You can see what cruises you have credit for under MY Cruises. Might be easier than calling someone at carnival.
luc122 Posted June 10, 2023 #6 Share Posted June 10, 2023 If you go to the CCL website but do not sign in fill in one or more search for a cruise field after the offerings come up, click on the filters. open the deal drop down. If you scroll down, you’ll see a box to enter your VIFP number- BUT under that is says “ lookup your #” or something like that. you enter your name and date of birth and it will look it up for you. The name has to match exactly as you booked your previous cruise. ( middle name or initial, jr or sr- took me a while to find H’s, because of the way he was booked) I’ll add a pic in a minute

It just doesn't give you a list of cruises for that number.
