NorthWestPassage Posted July 5, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2023 Does the Caribbean Princess have an adult card/dominoes game room? Other premium category cruise lines often have such a room (ideally with a view outdoors and a bar nearby, where Mexican Train (& the Chicken Foot variation) can be played on appropriate sized tables. It has been a long time since I sailed on Princess but I will be doing so twice in the next few months. I know that this tends to appeal more to a somewhat older crowd but are such game equipment and facilities available? I know that the (less desirable) packing alternative is to bring our own game and improvise on playing accommodations.
dad2my3 Posted July 5, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 5, 2023 The library has games but does not have tables large enough to play them. There are plenty of tables on the Lido deck, but without air conditioning. There are a few smaller tables on deck seven outside the Wheelhouse Bar, but not full sized. Many tables have lamps built into the middle of them, which makes it difficult. We walked around looking for an interior air conditioned table large enough to play a board game and didn’t have much luck. On a sea day, they opened one of the main dining rooms for board game playing.
