Ncl joy transatlantic 1/11/2024

Still looking at cruises for my birthday and came across this one.  
 

we have been on westbound  transatlantic’s - 2 westbound from Southampton and 1 from Barcelona. While we would love great weather we understand that’s not guaranteed.  Especially with this one going in January.  Is there a reason the joy is heading to Europe so early in the year?  We loved our encore TA.  Was trying to find a roll call      

 

any feedback for yay or nay?

Joy going eastbound for (major) drydock in early 2024 - been discussed here recently, with additional sailing dates cancelled ... be careful about booking one, as this - unlike others - can be subject to change & cancellations, before & after final payment is made.
