Mom1977 Posted March 15, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2006 The ship is suppose to arrive at St. Thomas at 8am. I found an excursion on Carnival's site (don't start about going on my own, maybe next time) that I want to do. The excursion is suppose to start at 8am. Will there be a problem getting there? Am I wrong to assume since it's a Carnival sponsered excursion, that they will hold it until the Carnival people are off the ship? I am also assuming that Carnival realizes what time it will be in port and wouldn't list excursions that start before, or last longer.
pungo3 Posted March 15, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 15, 2006 If it's a Carnival excursion, there is no problem. Even if Carnival is running late, they will radio ahead and let the excursion vendor know. Don't worry. Have fun!

I'm assuming it's an excursion for your particular cruise (there's an actual "dollar amount"...not something like $$) next to it. If so, there should be no problems
Wennfred Posted March 15, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 15, 2006 Your excursion starts when you hit the pier. If the ship tenders out then you muster in the lounge at the right time and when they call your number on the ticket you will head out to the boats.
