Mike45LC Posted September 7, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2023 On the Celebrity.com website, my reservation shows "Drinks, Wi-Fi and Tips Included." How do I tell if I have the Classic or Premium Drink package? I've looked on the Celebrity app on my phone and the website without finding this information. As a non-drinker, it probably doesn't matter (except maybe for premium sparkling waters), but I am curious.
jelayne Posted September 7, 2023 #2 Share Posted September 7, 2023 Did you book a suite? If so then you have the premium beverage package. If you booked any other category with Always Included then you have the Classic beverage package.

Log into you account on Celebrity's Web site. Select Plan My Cruise. In the upper right hand corner, click on your initials Click on Order History You will see orders with $0.00 Total Paid, One is for WiFi and one is for the Drink Package. Click on view Details The Premium package has this picture (orange slices) the basic package has a different picture.
Rare Jim_Iain Posted September 7, 2023 #8 Share Posted September 7, 2023 Instead of coding with a a picture of Orange (Premium) and a Lemon or is it a Lime (Classic) don't you think it would be just as easy to say Classic or Premium.

Big Kahuna, thank you, this is exactly the step-by-step instructions I was hoping for. Unfortunately, when I click on my initials in the circle in the upper right corner, I get the same exact thing you posted, except there is NO "Order History" option. I think maybe it is too early? I am 51 days from the cruise. So no boarding pass or other cruise documents are available (yet). Calling Celebrity doesn't give me written documentation, and I always want written documentation! Celebrity once gave me a partially obstructed balcony cabin, and I was very happy I had the documentation to show Guest Services that I had booked an unobstructed cabin. I have also needed to present documentation of On Board Credits and pre-paid Specialty Dining, so I am a little bit paranoid! Thank you, all, I'll just be patient for another week or so, to see if Da Kahuna's "Orders Placed" button appears!
Rare DaKahuna Posted September 8, 2023 #10 Share Posted September 8, 2023 @Mike45LC Make sure you selected the cruise and clicked on Plan My Cruise. If you click on your initials on the page after logging in but before going to the Plan My Cruise page, Order History does not show up. How long ago did you book your cruise. The information on what orders you have made, including those from the “all included” should show within a day of purchase. Our cruise is not until May of next year and as you saw, the information is already there. I would suggest you look at your booking documentation and make sure it shows that those are included if they do not show under your order history. Mike45LC Posted September 8, 2023 Author #11 Share Posted September 8, 2023 Kahuna, you are amazing! This time, the link to “Order History” appeared. But it told I have no orders. It could be because my cruise was booked through Blue Chip/ casino. I’ll wait a week until I can check in and access cruise documents! Thanks for all your “Idiots Guide” level help!!! Cruise Critic comes through again!
