PC 462 Posted September 25, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 25, 2023 I noticed Vision of the Seas left Baltimore, met with a pilot boat from Annapolis, and is now anchored east of Annapolis and south of the Bay Bridge. Does anyone know why? It is unusual.
bavrail18 Posted September 25, 2023 #2 Share Posted September 25, 2023 The September 23rd cruise on Vision was cancelled because of bad weather. I would guess they are parking there until their next cruise. 2
shipgeeks Posted September 26, 2023 #3 Share Posted September 26, 2023 The September 14 cruise was extended by two days, leaving only three days for what was to have been a Bermuda cruise. So she is filling in the three days without pax, biding her time until Thursday.
PC 462 Posted September 26, 2023 Author #4 Share Posted September 26, 2023 My first cruise in 1973 was a day trip from Baltimore to Annapolis on the old Port Welcome. Just a bit smaller than Vision of the Seas, but still a good time.
