With the general public. There are 3 MDRs to choose from from dinner. Only Skagway for breakfast/lunch and dinner.

On the mini-suite, it wasn't what I originally booked, but I bid the minimum+a little for an upgrade.

The display is nice and the options are many. I saw someone say they had not seen a caprese for a while, but here you have shown it. For a quick bite, there is good variety of savory and sweet.
