It always takes them time to staff-up after TA’s, but usually we do not do Eden so I guess that’s good! The stuff clogs the counter space, IMO. We have it stowed along with the Hoppen vase that does not hold water..and of course who needs all those Hoppe pillows..if possible bring on a fresh floral arrangement for the niche.. We have been doing just Edge class ships since they launched and already have Ascent and Xcel booked. Thinking of doing Silhouette or one of the other Solstice class ships. (We have done them in the past) We love the Edge class of ships, wondering if we do a solstice class will we enjoy it as much? So for those of you that cruise a lot and like the Edge class of ships, do you think we will enjoy going back to the older class of ships? I know this is a personal choice but want your opinion on the condition of the solstice class of ships. We usually book an aqua class room or retreat. Thank you! Thanks for all the info. We booked Beyond for November. All is right in the universe!

gordylad Posted November 28, 2023 #31 Share Posted November 28, 2023 we have always cruised S class ships and did our first E class in October. Liked it but did not love it as we prefer the pool area on the S class, we missed the Ensemble lounge on S class, OH preferred the layout and the shops on S class. We did like Eden on E class, we thought the four restaurants on E class were nothing special and we prefer the MDR on S class. OH likes the library on S class and overall we decided we prefer S class. So for us there is nothing out of the ordinary that would pull us back to E class and in fact had an E class future cruise booked but switched it over to the Equinox for a much less cost. Each to their own............
George C Posted November 28, 2023 #32 Share Posted November 28, 2023 Cannot compare E class with older ships if in suite, the outdoor retreat is such an amazing advantage. We have cruised M class only because we do a yearly music charter . I would book a S class suite if the price was right.
