Snorkeling at Coco Cay

If I have my own mask and fins, can I snorkel at Coco Cay?

Is there anything worthwhile to see?

Yes you can.  I enjoyed the snorkeling! Saw a nurse shark, a ray and a turtle, in addition to lots of fish!

just got back from Coco Cay we went to chill island and snorkeled right off the beach around the rocks there.  It wasn't as great as Roatan or Cozumel but was nice and easy.

You can access from shore with your own equipment.  It’s off Chill Island.  It’s marked on the map they give you.

Yes! We bring our own every trip. The rocks at Chill Island are great to snorkel around if staying close the beach. The map below is a little old, but it was one that I could find that has the actual snorkel wreck on it (in the red circle). There are a couple of floating docks to stop at along the way, as well. It is just past the furthest dock.
