Baz-t Posted January 30 #1 Share Posted January 30 We are on Marina in May and are very keen to spend time at the Oceanographic. Oceania has a ‘City’ excursion which includes a stop at the Oceanographic however we would prefer to do it on our own. Has anyone any knowledge as to how difficult it is to walk or taxi to Oceanographic? I guess a taxi would be best and hopefully taxis would be available at the port where Marina is docked. it doesn’t look a long distance from ship to venue - but guess it could be hot! Any comments would be appreciated.

It’s only 3km from the cruise port so taxi might be best if you want to spend an extensive time there.
Baz-t Posted January 31 Author #3 Share Posted January 31 Many thanks, a taxi it is!
the mice Posted January 31 #4 Share Posted January 31 I would suggest a taxi as well. I had mapped out a walk but I looked a bit convoluted and the taxi ride seemed longer than what Google maps suggested.
