Racer70 Posted May 10 #1 Share Posted May 10 Can anyone confirm if RCI is currently running shuttle buses from the pier into the city of Palma with proximity to Merkat de Olivar & the old town? If so, do you recall cost & frequency or did you take a taxi & what was approximate cost & length of time into town? FYI - we’ll be the Oasis of the Seas arriving June 17 in Mallorca & doing a DIY excursion of Palma & looking for best transportation into town & back. Public buses run from the main road outside the port and are easy to use. Once you find the line numbers you can check their routes to see which pass close to where you want to go.

If you cross the main road via the overpass and walk about 200 mts to the avenue deJuan Miro you will able to catch the number 4 bus that takes you the Plaza Espana This is a short walk to the Mercat Olivar .
