Motion sickness, a problem?

Got it, thanks. Sitting on the bed, we will be facing forward so that’s good.
 

OP, if you are worried perhaps you could ask the cabin stewards to remake your bed so that your head is at the foot of the bed? Not ideal but I bet you wouldn’t be the first one to ask.
